Apparently I'm heavily influenced by Wesley and The Methodists too, which is funny since I've never even so much as put a toe inside a Methodist Church.... perhaps the quiz master hasn't heard of The Anglicans...!!

ReplyDeleteNeo-orthodox is a movement from the mid-20th century that tried to recapture the essence of Lutheranism. It was heavily influenced by Karl Barth and a number of other heavyweight German theologians. I had to do a presentation on one of them called Eberhard Jungel (great name) back in my undergraduate days.
