Yes, that is a pine marten licking peanut butter off our cottage window

One of the benefits of staying in a remote Scottish valley accessible only by driving over a mountain. (Pine martens go nuts for peanut butter.)

    What the pants is a Pine Marten? It looks fab. Sort of like a mix between a squirrel & a ferret. I like it.

    Ferret face, otter body, squirrelish tail - just about sums it up. About as big as a house cat (if cats had really bushy tails)
